Our dedicated support team has over 50 years IT experience collectively in both corporate and small business environments. Our qualifications vary from core IT certificates to Certified System Administrators.
We believe in providing our customers with a speedy service that includes honest and helpful advice. We charge a flat rate of £35 per hour and offer a “No Fix No Fee” policy. We will diagnose the problem and tell you just how long it will take to fix. As part of our helpful advice we have an online help database that includes solutions to most IT related problems so you can try and fix the problem yourself first.
